Need a custom deployment or implementation support?Use your own assumptions to estimate recovered capacity and potential cash impact.
Put a value on the hours spent finding, preparing, and managing government work. Start with an example. Make the assumptions yours.
Count only overtime, contractor spend, or other labor you can actually avoid. Salaried time redeployed to other work is capacity, not cash savings. Use the published plan pricing and your expected setup costs to set your planning budget.
Capacity value includes any avoidable labor; do not add the two totals. Actual results depend on adoption and your workflow. No additional wins or revenue are assumed.
Annual hours = 12 × (reviews × hours per review + responses × hours per response + reporting hours). Recovered hours = annual hours × time reduction. Labor capacity value = recovered hours × loaded hourly cost.
Avoidable cash costs = labor capacity value × avoidable labor percentage + 12 × retired tool costs. First-year investment = 12 × monthly platform and AI budget + setup cost. Cash ROI = (avoidable cash costs − investment) ÷ investment × 100. Retained capacity is excluded from cash ROI. Benefits assume a full 12 months at the entered workload and reduction; reduce your assumptions to account for ramp-up. Figures are rounded for display.
