GovBidReadyNow
Government contracting agents

Give your team specialists that keep working while you’re away.

GovBidReadyNow agents prepare opportunity research, proposal reviews and correspondence drafts in the background. Define the assignment, connect the work to your team’s boards, then review the result and its sources when you return.

Start with a specialist and a clear assignment

Choose a capture analyst, proposal reviewer, amendment analyst or agency liaison template. Edit the role, expertise and instructions to match the work. Run an agent on demand or enable its daily schedule. Workspace access and usage are visible in the app.

Keep board work connected to the result

Assign an agent from a supported work board and follow the run from its task. Background execution continues without an open browser. The result returns for review; finishing an agent run does not mark the human task complete.

Review sources before applying a draft

Inspect the draft, its available source quotes and recorded scope. Accept a useful result, then preview an explicit handoff to its assigned task discussion or a new section in a linked proposal. Existing proposal text and task notes stay intact, and duplicate handoffs are guarded.

Stay in control of decisions

Pause scheduled agents, inspect their activity and reject a draft that needs work. Acceptance alone does not send correspondence, submit a proposal or apply content. Agents review the records available to their assignment; they do not guarantee exhaustive research or an award.

Practical answers for your team

Do agents work when nobody is signed in?

Yes. Agent jobs run on the server, so an admitted job or enabled daily schedule does not depend on an open browser. Execution still depends on workspace access, available capacity and configured service limits.

Can we assign agents from work boards?

Yes. Supported boards let your team assign agent work to a task, follow its run and review the draft. An accepted result can be previewed and saved to the assigned task discussion without changing its completion status.

Do agents send emails or submit proposals automatically?

No. Agents prepare reviewable drafts. Sending, submitting and applying changes remain separate, explicit user actions.
